If the same radio is used by different shift workers, the purchase must take into account the transfer of the entire work kit. The station can return to the place, and the desired affiliation can remain with another user. For the Entel HT844, it is useful to determine in advance the composition of the set issued, the order of its accounting and the number of simultaneously working seats. This helps to order the right equipment and accessories.

One set - one clear record

Start with a list of jobs: how many stations are issued at the same time, to whom and for what period. For each type of kit, list the station itself, the battery, and agreed accessories. It is convenient to divide the return into two entries: what items are accepted and whether there are comments on their condition or work. The wording “all handed over” does not explain whether a particular device is missing or requires verification. Specifying the dial number allows you to associate the remark with the same items that were issued.

Such a statement shall not replace the operating instructions and the approved check of good health. It helps to organize the transfer of equipment and convey clear information to a specialist. A note should not automatically be considered ready for the next issue just because all items have returned to the shelf.

Describe how shifts change and which sets should be ready at the same time. Chargers and spare batteries are selected under the confirmed configuration and established maintenance procedure. The number of accessories cannot reasonably be assigned to one universal coefficient without this scheme.

The operating time of a particular battery depends on its condition and use scenario. The table value of the old model does not guarantee a complete change for any battery. If the duration of work is critical, include the conditions of its verification in the quotation requirements.

What to say when buying HT844

Send a job statement, the number of sets issued, known accessories models and document requirements. The cost of the agreed set is calculated by its composition; the price of an individual station cannot be considered the price of any set with a headset, charging space and a spare battery.

Accounting for HT844 when issuing port shifts

For a shift group in Ust-Luga, specify the number of simultaneously working employees and the place of return of kits. If part of the HT844 is received by a brigade in Kingisepp, its recruitment and reserve are accounted for separately. The statement must distinguish the station with agreed accessories from the hull without the necessary working equipment.

Before repurchasing, keep the composition of the accepted set, markings and user comments. Charging places and reserve are agreed on their own scheme of issuance. One common supply address does not mean the same working conditions for all shifts.
