The specification indicates the sets, the packaging sheet – boxes, and some of the documents will come with the next shipment. The assistant may collect a match for the supply officer. For a table to be useful, each row must have a base, a unit, and a status; the presence of a position in a document does not yet confirm its actual acceptance.
First determine the agreed composition
Take the accepted version of the specification and related shipping documents. Save the exact notation, quantity, units and kit contents. A later replacement quotation should be a separate approval, not an inconspicuous edit to the original order line.
The internal code, the manufacturer's designation and the documented relationship of the recording options are useful for comparison. A similar name is not a sufficient reason to combine the two positions. Indefinite correspondences are shown to the employee along with the initial lines of both parties.
The number only makes sense with one.
One box may contain several products, and one set may contain several different components. In the GS1 data model, the packaging levels and the number of nested items are described separately. If the company uses GTIN, it is necessary to keep to what level of packaging it belongs.
The appendix specifies the confirmed counting rule and its source. You should not automatically equate the package with one piece or disclose the kit according to the most similar example from the catalog. If the composition of the package is not determined, the string remains a question, not a numerical deficit with a fictitious amount.
Partial delivery and set of documents
Divide ordered, indicated in shipment, actually accepted and left to confirm. These statuses refer to different events. The resent packing sheet should not increase the amount received, and the corrected version of the document should keep in touch with the replaced version.
Documents are convenient to check a separate list: what position is required passport, which edition came and what is still missing. Coincidence of the file name with the product model does not confirm the content of the document. For a controversial line, you need to move to the source and the decision field of the responsible employee.
How to Accept a Pilot and Pick Up a Server
Prepare a partial shipment, a modified product index, a box with several units and a repeat document. Expected correspondences and discrepancies are set in advance. Acceptance checks not only the total sum of quantities, but also the bases of each line and the correctness of its status.
In the request to the server, specify the volume of documents, queue sizes, accounting system and the desired export. Separately, line extraction, correspondence directory, calculation, confirmation interface and correction history are agreed. The actual configuration and model are selected from the control batch; updates are re-checked for packages and partial deliveries.

The table should distinguish between document information and confirmed acceptance. The actual result is recorded by the responsible employee according to the procedure adopted in the company.
